Recalibrating

I tried to run today, and it did not go well.

It may be time for an x-ray as I think I may have some hip joint issues the therapist can’t help with. I go back to see her on Wednesday, so I’ll see what she says.

In the meantime, I’m mourning my runs.

My Little Corner of Cyberspace

I can’t help it. I need a little corner on this thing we call the world wide web. Since returning to the classroom a few years ago, I’ve come to realize there are quite a few people who don’t know what a website is. Everything is app-based, and the idea of a “blog” seems to be diminishing. Time is marching on, as it does, and with every semester that passes, I find myself saying things like, “in my day…” and “when I was younger…” more and more.
