My Sunday running habit has returned and I love it! This week I decided to hit the trails.
That photo doesn’t do the hills justice. It was killer! I decided to take a shorter loop (2 miles) that I knew had a steep incline. Next week I’m planning to increase my distance.
When I was done I drove home and picked up the 6-Year-Old for a hike. (Both the 12-Year-Old and Husband were still sleeping.)
We did a hilly mile and then I let him explore and play in the water. We even made a new friend.
We had a great time and it was nice spending hanging out solo with Little Bean.
The rest of the day was pretty lazy. After lunch, The Husband took the boys to mini golf and I took a much-needed nap. Then it was dinner, clean up and a family game of Exploding Kittens, our current favorite game.

- I took this photo yesterday. Remember when this guy was THE BABY?!?
I can barely believe it. He starts 7th grade next week. Crazy talk!
- Day 4 of food journaling is a success. I’m not longer eating my weight in cheese at night.
- It’s T-15 minutes before GoT. Translation: I’ve got to go!
