Hi Daniel - Haven't but I can tell you from experience, I do better with direct sales then I do with any networks or click-thru style ads.
This is a nice "beginners intro" to making money blogging.
Have you come across any "intermediate" how-to videos or posts that you liked? I too have used all of these methods, with very little success.
Roni Noone is a Web Publisher, Healthy Living Blogger and Social Media Fanatic. She created BlogToLose, an online weight loss community, founded FitBloggin', a conference for health and wellness bloggers, and blogs regularly at Roni's Weigh, GreenLiteBites and now the quirky Poops Butterflies. 
In the end it still boils down to traffic. Without it no matter what you do, money will not be made. I am working on trying to increase traffic as I go along.
